Statement Detail Exports
We are currently aware of the issue that appears when attempting to export statement details from check history, payment history, earned commissions, and unpaid invoices. Our IT is group is currently working on the issue, but we do not have an ETA at this time.
Try opening the details in different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
When pressing the export to excel or csv option on the details page, select save as, and save a copy locally. Once saved, open the document from the local location that you saved to.
